Cancellation policy

You may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are liable for any damages incurred by us.

From the day of booking confirmation by the landlord until 31 days before the start of the rental period: no compensation

From 30 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total price

If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of your rental period, the full rental price is payable. The date of receipt of your cancellation notice is decisive. Any payments already made will be credited. You may nominate a replacement who will assume your contract under the stated conditions. Written notification is sufficient. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
